The room was clean enough, but the bed felt unstable and I worried I'd roll out.

They had great pillows; bed was comfortable; easy to set temp controls; close to breakfast area. The breakfast was fine--waffle maker for one morning and oatmeal in the microwave the next; good little muffins and juice dispenser. The coffee was freshly brewed. I gathered this was a Mom and Pop motel; the husband and wife staff were friendly and helpful; easy check out and the price was right!
One entry drive had a lot of water and mud --but it was March! The view out the window was rural industrial--but I wasn't there for the view.

A lot of goodies for breakfast.

The bed seemed comfortable enough for a good night's sleep.
I was appalled by the lack of cleanliness in the room. Flies were everywhere, and we had to deal with the last tenant's garbage still in the room. To top it off, there was black hair in the shower, totally unacceptable.

Nothing
My wife showered and when she was done yellow water began collecting in the tube. I used the toilet right after her shower and it began to overfill. At the same time the yellow water in the tube began to rise. I did not shower. We informed the owner and he did not apologize, he was only concerned about us not flushing again. I asked for a refund and he indicated that he would put us in another room so I could shower. I was not interested in another room. He said he had other rooms, therefore he would not compensate us for the inconveniences.

missingWrote a review on 02 Novcleanliness issue
The room needed serious work. The walls showed signs of neglect, and the toilet seat was loose. I encountered a significant cleanliness issue with the bathroom with a used towel left behind and the tub had unsealed cracks. Compounding the discomfort was the exposed wiring, which could've posed a safety hazard.

The staff at check-in were cute and offered helpful service, making the experience smoother.
The room itself was poorly maintained, with issues like loose toilet fixtures and inadequate cleanliness that need urgent attention.

The rooms were modest and brand-new, were equipped with comfortable beds, micowave. The location was comfy and unbeatable, close to restaurants, convenient to go everywhere. What's more, it was not far from a great park and lake, Sioux Falls, SD and the tube.

missingWrote a review on 24 Octtvair conditioningcleanliness issues
The room had a nice tv and an air conditioning unit that worked well, which helped keep the atmosphere comfortable. The experience was marred by cleanliness issues. There were stains on the bed sheets and a used towel hanging behind the bathroom door, which clearly indicated a lack of attention to cleanliness. The bathroom itself had exposed wiring and the door didn't seal properly, shaking my confidence in safety. Check-in was quick, but the service from the front desk could have been more helpful. My request for extra toiletries went unanswered. I was also frustrated that breakfast options were limited with poorly stocked items like prepackaged muffins and only two cereal choices. Some good aspects, but significant improvements are necessary for a better stay.

Our stay was clouded by rude staff during check-in and inadequate room supplies for four guests. The room itself was quite pleasant once we cooled it down, making for a relaxing night after a long drive.
